Your future tasks will include:

  • Answering individual customer enquiries, e.g. regarding prices and delivery dates 
  • Creating quotations for individual components or systems 
  • Processing customer orders, including coordinating logistics processes, determining and managing freight costs and handling customs processes 
  • Monitoring the dunning process, handling complaints and delivery issues, creating credit notes 
  • Recording and correcting master data relating to sales in the applicable systems (SAP, CRM) 
  • Ensuring efficient communication between the subsidiaries and the German head office, helping to optimise existing operational processes and assisting in the creation of new processes 
  • Coordinating internal training and organising business trips 
  • Close interdepartmental collaboration with the IT, Logistics, Supply Chain and Marketing departments

Your skills:

  • Completed commercial training, relevant professional experience in B2C sales and a passion for successful customer experiences
  • Comprehensive expertise and experience in export and customs processing (i.e. the safe handling of customs documents and export documents) and in the preparation of consignments for countries outside of the EU 
  • Experience in international customer service and enjoyment in working with colleagues from all over the world 
  • Experience using ERP systems, ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA and experience with a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a high level of social and intercultural competence 
  • Hands-on and can-do mentality 
  • Very good spoken and written German and English, preferably also French and/or Russian
