Your future tasks will include:

• Processing customer orders, deliveries, invoices and returns in SAP and in the Amazon portal
• (Order-related) customer service on various digital channels
• Account management in the Amazon portal
• Creating, controlling and optimising Amazon advertising campaigns
• Assisting with administering, optimising and expanding international market place activities
• Preparing various reports

Your skills:

• Completed specialised training and relevant professional experience in analogue or digital B2B or B2C sales as well as an interest in marketing-related topics
• Knowledge of the SAP Sales and Logistics modules, basic experience with CRM and BI desirable
• Experience in customer service with B2B and/or B2C customers
• Confident with both written and spoken German and English  
• High level of digital and technical aptitude, as well as knowledge in dealing with various national and international online marketplaces 
• Quick to learn, flexible, creative and proactive 
• Interest in finding out about new subjects and willingness to develop more in-depth knowledge of these subject areas
