Transportation:

You will be responsible for getting to the hotel. If you are flying into the Austin airport, rideshare apps (Uber & Lyft), taxis and all major rental car companies are available. All events will be held at the Cambria Hotel and dinner locations are within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. 

Meals:

Meals will be provided for all guests starting Wednesday evening and all day Thursday. Please consult the schedule for more information. *Please note lunch will not be served Wednesday.

Dress code:

Conference attire is casual to business casual, so dress comfortably while keeping it professional. Feel free to add a little Texas flair with cowboy boots, hats, pearl snap shirts, denim, or other Western-inspired touches, we’d love to see your Lone Star style! 

Ranch add-on experience:

• Tuesday, November 3 starting in the late afternoon to evening

• Savor local flavor with a guided whiskey tasting experience hosted by Still Austin Whiskey Co.

• Learn the ropes during a hands-on trick roping experience led by skilled Western entertainers.

• Take your best shot with axe throwing in a fun, friendly setting.

• Kick back and compete with classic lawn games while enjoying the relaxed ranch atmosphere.

• Enjoy a Texas-style BBQ feast complete with smoked favorites, classic Southern sides, and refreshing drinks as you relax and connect with fellow attendees.

Transportation:

We will be providing transportation from Cambria Austin Downtown hotel to Star Hill Ranch.

Ranch dress code is casual but please dress for the weather as we will be spending a lot of time outside.
