BioCliff consists of pure, natural silicate rock. It has an extremely large filter area to facilitate the settling of filter bacteria. The different sizes of the material increase the retention time of the water in the filter and allow more time for the bacteria to colonise. BioCliff is durable, environmentally friendly and retains its shape for a long time.
