Controller (m/f/x) for Operations / R&D

Your future tasks will include:

• Setting up and preparing monthly reports for Operations (production and logistics) and R&D.
• Calculating and analyzing manufacturing costs.
• Executing investment and economic calculations as well as continuous cost optimization for Operations.
• Defining, analyzing and documenting key figures for Operations and R&D as well as participating in milestone meetings.
• Performing ad-hoc and special analyses as well as tracking KPIs.
• Accompanying the product development process and giving economic support using the project management software Orchestra.
• Maintaining master data in SAP R/3.
• Cost center controlling in cooperation with the departments. 
• Continuous development and improvement of controlling processes as well as participating in projects.

Your skills:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering/business administration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company.
• Confident handling of SAP R/3 as well as comprehensive expertise in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good spoken and written German and English.
• Mastery of complex data volumes, strong analytical skills as well as a precise, systematic and structured way of working.
