Global Sales Operations Manager (m/f/x)

Your future tasks will include:

• Processes – reviewing our existing sales operations processes and implementing new ones where required. 
• SAP – key user - assisting team leaders in each subsidiary to resolve daily problems. 
• Training – responsible to ensure all our subsidiaries are handling sales operations in a consistent way. 
• Monitoring a defined set of KPI’s to ensure we are proactively dealing with issues which arise. 
• Key user for our BI and CRM systems. 
• Working with other department heads in the HQ to improve efficiency and manage the daily workflow. 
• Working closely with IT to improve our SAP system, fix daily issues and ensure our IT infrastructure meets the needs of the business. 
• Manage a small team and reporting to the Vice President Sales (Consumer Business). 
• Working closely with all of our 18 global subsidiaries and our internal departments at German HQ .

Your skills:

• Educated to degree level in Business Sciences, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. 
• At least 5 years experience in an international sales office management role. 
• Track record of successfully implementing new sales operations processes in a global company. 
• Good knowledge in the application of SAP R/3. 
• Experienced handling of Microsoft Excel. 
• Very good spoken and written English and preferably German.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and a highly motivated as well as team-oriented personality, who likes to work under their own initiative and enjoy working with different cultures and people.
