Internal sales employee in Customer Support (m/f/x)

Your future tasks will include:

  • Supporting our dealers by answering all types of customer enquiries
  • Preparing and actively following up on quotations and orders
  • Developing customer-oriented solutions to complex problems based on site drawings/sketches
  • Holding training sessions
  • Participating in trade shows and sales events
  • Managing accounts receivable 
  • Processing debit notes and handling complaints 
  • Maintaining customer master data

Your skills:

  • Successfully completed commercial and/or technical training and at least three years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Experienced user of common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and SAP R/3 are advantageous
  • Good knowledge of both written and spoken German and English
  • Thoughtful and service-oriented way of working
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills
