For this reason OASE has introduced a series of free online webinars via the OASE Academy to help you to build the best water features that can be built, to help you to help your customer to have the most satisfactory experience possible and to build beautiful water features.
Tuesday 26th March - 09:30am - Ponds - what is living water?
The first of these online webinars is – WGD1 Ponds – what is living water? In this webinar you will see a variety of water features and start he journey to understanding their requirements, what is needed to be successful and how to avoid the common mistakes. You will see a variety of different types of pond and start to gain an understanding on their unique challenges.
Tuesday 26th March - 15:00pm - Lighting part 1/2 - understanding terminology
WGD9 - Lighting Part 1/2 looks to explain some confusing terminology around lighting. In this webinar we explore the difference between watts and lumens, we look at what colour temperatures are and explore how we might use them. In addition we start to explore the lighting range within OASE's assortment to help understand how to select the right one.
Tuesday 16th April 09:30am - Introducing pond filters.
WGD2 - Introducing pond filters Explaining why it is necessary to filter, how filters work and what type of filters are out there along with their advantages and disadvantages. You will see the different principles of filtration methods and gain an understanding of how to select the right one for you or your customers water feature and start to learn what nutrients are and why they need to be understood for successful pond keeping.
Tuesday 23rd April - 09:30am - Underwater and pressure filters
WGD3 - Underwater and pressure filters Explores the topics of these two types of filter systems. Understanding when to use which type of filter system for the project and when to use a different system is crucial to success. The webinar explores what each type is good at as well as what you need to know to avoid making costly mistakes and explores the OASE products available for both types of filter system.

Monday 29th April - 15:00pm - Pond care part 1/2 - maintaining a well balanced water feature, including reducing algae
WGD12- Pond care part 1/2 we explore what algae is, why it grows, which forms of algae you should be concerned about but most importantly we discuss not only how we can get rid of it but how we can stop it from growing in the first place. we look at the OASE ABC concept that makes keeping a pond in optimum condition easy including the solutions that OASE offers in its assortment.
